What do the game-card statuses mean?
On desktop
Each PS4 or PS5 Trophy and Non-Trophy row shows its complete status and its own action button.
- Available
- The slot is ready now. Select Rent Now.
- Rented
- Someone is using the slot. A displayed date is when we expect it back. Select Add to Wait List for that exact console and slot.
- Wait List in Progress
- The slot is being offered to people already in line. You cannot rent it immediately, but you may still add your name to the wait list.
- Not Available
- That exact console or slot cannot currently be rented or added to the wait list.
On mobile
Look under PS4 or PS5 for the Trophy and Non-Trophy status. The main button below the card opens the correct next step.
- Available
- The slot is ready now. Tap Rent Now.
- Rented
- The slot is currently being used. Tap Add to Wait List, then choose the rented console and slot you want.
- Wait List in Progress
- Customers already in line are being contacted. You may join the wait list, but the slot is not open for immediate rent.
- Not Available
- That option cannot currently be rented or joined through the wait list.
What is the difference between Trophy and Non-Trophy slots?
Trophy Slot: Play on your own account. Trophies and save-file progress stay on your account.
Non-Trophy Slot: Play on our account. Trophies and save-file progress stay on our account. Occasional logouts may happen when account passwords expire. Please reach out through Messenger so we can provide the updated password.
What is 7 Days Initial Rent?
This applies to newly released games. The first rental must be under the Premium Plan for 7 days. Games marked with an Initial Rent requirement are not yet included in any Unlimited Plan. After the initial rental, you may extend based on our regular rental rates.
